Later, she was discovered by her first professional manager, Cliff Fabri, while singing country covers at a Chapters bookstore in Kingston, Ontario. In 2000, she signed a record deal with Arista Records. Two years later, she released her debut album Let Go. The album received a good reputation and great commercial performances. 2004-2008

During 2004 to 2008, Avril Lavigne released two albums, Under My Skin and The Best Damn Thing. Both were received positive reviews from critics. The lead single “Girlfriend” was released several versions in eight different languages and recorded as the most-downloaded track worldwide in 2007.

2009-2015
